Canceling stops the next renewal. It does not uninstall the extension, and access continues through the paid term unless a refund is issued or access is revoked for abuse.
Refund requests are available within 14 days of purchase. After that, payments are non-refundable except where required by law, for duplicate billing, or when Cloak cannot provide the service. Stripe card processing fees may not be returned by Stripe.
Refunded purchases may lose access immediately. Canceling without a refund keeps access through the paid term.
Cloak does not sell your data. The subscription keeps the product aligned with users.
