Please read this document carefully. It forms part of the terms governing Cloak and should be reviewed with the related policies.
Cloak materials
The Cloak software, site design, text, graphics, video, trademarks, and other original materials are owned by Cloak or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property law. No rights are granted except the limited rights expressly stated in the Terms of Service.
Third-party materials
Open-source software, platform marks, user-submitted material, and other third-party content remain subject to their respective licenses and ownership rights. Reference to a third party does not imply endorsement.
Copyright reports
To report alleged infringement, use the Support form and include: identification of the copyrighted work; the exact location of the material; your contact information; a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized; a statement under penalty of perjury that the report is accurate and you are authorized to act; and your physical or electronic signature.
Review and counter-notices
Cloak may request additional information, remove or restrict material, notify the affected party, and process a valid counter-notice as required by applicable law. Knowingly submitting a material misrepresentation may create liability. Cloak may address repeat infringement where appropriate.
Statutory agent notice
Submission through the Support form does not by itself mean Cloak has designated that form as a statutory agent under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Any formal designation will be identified separately as required by law.
Use the Support form. Do not submit passwords, payment-card numbers, or sensitive browsing content.
