Lawful use
Use Cloak only in compliance with applicable laws, contracts, website rules, and third-party rights. You are responsible for activity performed through your browser and activation.
No unauthorized access or interference
Do not probe, scan, exploit, disrupt, overload, disable, or gain unauthorized access to Cloak, another person's account or device, a website, network, or service. Do not introduce malware, automate abusive traffic, or bypass rate limits or security controls.
No fraud, circumvention, or unlawful concealment
Do not use Cloak to facilitate fraud, theft, impersonation, deceptive transactions, sanctions violations, evasion of lawful investigations, or concealment of unlawful activity. No unsupported accusations
Do not present a Cloak receipt, alert, price comparison, or technical observation as proof that a person or business committed fraud, discrimination, price gouging, or another legal violation. These outputs describe browser-visible observations and require independent context and appropriate professional review before they are used in a complaint or dispute.

Enforcement
Cloak may investigate suspected violations and suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect users, third parties, or the service. We may preserve or disclose information when required by law. Report abuse through the Support form.
